The new 96th Street Parking Garage opened in April, 2023, marking the completion of Phase 2 of Bal Harbour Shops expansion. The new garage provides five levels of parking with convenient access from 96th Street for Self-park and Valet, charging stations for electric vehicles, parking pay stations on Level 2, 4 and 6, plus mobile pay is available by scanning the QR code conveniently located throughout the Shops. Bal Harbour’s Finest Hand Car Wash is located on the Red Level of the Parking Garage.

Upon parking please take note of the Color coded signage indicating the level on which you have parked your vehicle. The Color Signage through the garage is also prominently displayed in the elevators and on the exits and entrances to the Shops. Traffic attendants will be on-site to assist with the new traffic patterns and to ensure our guests have a seamless experience parking.
